Two bedroom apartment in the center of Cannes, on a high floor and only a few minutes walk to the Croisette beaches and the Martinez Hotel.

Set just off the main center of Cannes, the location is ideal for attending one of the many conferences in Cannes or for a short holiday close to the sandy beaches! The train station is also an easy walk away to explore the other sea side towns and villages.

On the 6 floor of a well kept building, the apartment has two spacious bedrooms each with two single beds which can also be pushed together to make large doubles. There is one bathroom with a bath tub and shower attachement and a guest toilet.

The kitchen is open plan and equipped, with a table for 4 people and there is a nice living area with a comfortable sofa and a tv.

The apartment is air conditioned and has wifi.

The beaches on the Croisette and the Martinez Hotel are 350 meters from the apartment, about a 5 minute walk and the Palais des Festivals is under a 20 minute walk.
