L'appartement est propre, vraiment proche de la mer, bien situé.
La place de parking est dans l'enceinte de la résidence.
Le propriétaire est réactif, il nous a changé le tuyau de la douche qui était défectueux dès que nous lui en avons parlé. Il est également arrangeant et sympathique.
