"The hotel was superb. Very pleasant environment all around the hotel and staff were very helpful and friendly. Minor issue was faced with positions of the shower head - and it allowed too much water to flow on the bathroom floor. However Hotel staff was helpful and provided plenty of extra floor towels to prevent spread. I would definitely recommend the hotel for location, great environment, staff, and nice rooms."

"Every now & then, you find an absolute Gem, this was most certainly 1 of those occasions, the service at reception was simply outstanding both upon arrival & today on departure, all staff were extremely welcoming & friendly & although we knew no Italian (which is shameful English education system) they all spoke in good, clear English, the food was simply superb, every dish was cooked & presented in perfection, the immediate area around the hotel grounds was meticulously maintained, we chose a room with a partial lake view, but, in fact, it had a superb view & we were in awe. Of the whole feel & vibe of the place, both Caroline & I would like to express our heartfelt warmth & gratitude for the superb attention given throughout our stay, each & everyone we met & spoke to were great ambassadors to your Hotel, thank you, thank you, thank you, hope to see you again in the future."
