3 Bedroom House 3 Blocks from the Beach

  • Only two blocks from the beach, in the midtown area. It’s just a short walk to restaurants, convenience store and about 8 blocks to downtown. Used both as a vacation rental and as a family retreat.
    The house is located in the east presidential street area in Midtown. The home has an open floor plan and hardwood floors throughout. The vaulted ceiling allows a balcony from the second floor to overlook into the main rooms (kitchen and living room). This creates a comfortable seating with lots of natural light. With the gas fireplace in the corner and bay window seats this is the central hub of the house. This house doesn't have a TV.
