"The rooms are very basic but they are clean and the beds are comfortable and the shower was hot. Breakfast was simple. Just packaged danish items and bagels. The location was awesome. 10 min drive to pikes peak railroad in one direction and less than a 10 minute drive to garden of the gods in the other direction. We loved all of the little shops in manitou springs that were all walking distance. The hotels location was awesome!"

"There was nothing about our room that needed attention or repairs.-- very unusual and very welcome! . It was clean and tastefully decorated.There was a good restaurant just across the street and an ice cream shop very close by that we walked to. Excellent choice of flavors and very tasty,! We'll definitely stay here again when we come through in the future."

"The key making machine did not work. There oven was broken. The breakfast was very limited, and what was there was not complete (waffles, but no syrup). No eggs or other usual breakfast items. It seemed that the place was understaffed, as there was no one to see to restocking breakfast items. "
