The interior was clean but dated and the linen has past it's use by.The outside of the property needs a lot of TLC to make it appealing. There's a lot of notices with rules and instructions which is off-putting. The lady at reception was efficient and friendly.

A great location a short walk from Darling Harbour. Needs a little refreshing: shower door, drapery, kitchen lacked the basics (salt&pepper, glassware, condiments, etc.) Staff were always pleasant and helpful. Good value.
