"We booked a top floor room for our stay so that we could over look the city ....big mistake. Our room was the most neglected room I've ever stayed in. This was shocking as from the outside and the lobby were beautiful! The only good thing about our stay was the bartender, Nikko. Very solid guy."

"Great property if you are traveling with family etc. Our unit had 3 bedrooms and two baths, a nice kitchen area and living area. A good deal of space and nice porch. Conveniently located between Biltmore and downtown. It was very clean upon arrival. Good rate- although we probably visited in the off season."

"The room was very clean. However we could not control the thermostat for ac. It was 75 degrees in room. Entire unit fell off when I tried to use buttons. And none of the ports go chargers worked. We had a block so it was okay. Staff friendly and helpful. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar."
