Room was clean and well appointed. The staff was very helpful in making dining recommendations. The elevator was not working while we were there, which was fine for us, but would have been problematic if we had any accessibility issues. The area is nice, and with a student in school there, we'll likely be back. I would definitely stay at this hotel again.

Room was clean. Beds nice. Rooms Spacious. Stayed in a group and the key cards for multiple rooms needed to be reset multiple times. Pool was not working. Breakfast was good. There was an issue with cops and CPS and what I assume was sanctioned housing. But staff handled it great.

Great Hotel in North Country

Great hotel for visiting St. Lawrence University and 1,000 Islands region. Room was spacious, comfortable, quiet and clean with all the usual amenities. Nice breakfast buffet with hot and cold items. Very pleased with my brief stay and highly recommend this hotel.
