Amazing resort and helpful staff

We stayed at Springdale the weekend after Christmas when visiting family. There was an issue with our room and we were upgraded for free which was a pleasant surprise. The grounds were clean and beautiful. Wendy at the Front was so helpful and very friendly, she really made our stay exceptional! We ate at the restaurant which was also good. Wonderful stay and nice perks in rooms!

Springdale hideaway heaven.

Awesome place! The treehouse #6 was top notch. Wendy made sure we had everything we needed at all times. The welcome center was always stocked with coffee and hot chocolate in the morning, as well as various snacks for the kids. The Teen center and fitness room helped to wind down at night with a few rounds of pool, chess, or video games. The 6 person golf cart assigned to us upon arrival was a definate plus for the entire stay. Absolutely will stay here again in the future!!!

We had a wonderful stay at this resort! My husband and two kids stayed in the treehouse and had plenty of room. It was very clean and quiet. The staff was friendly and courteous, very attentive to any needs during our stay. We don’t even play golf but will definitely stay here again. I have already recommended the resort to my coworker who is planning a vacation to Pisgah this spring. Beautiful views and very convenient to Pisgah National Forest and Blue Ridge Parkway. Even with the local wildfires affecting the surrounding area during our stay, we still had beautiful views of the mountains and valley. Thanks to Springdale for making our stay a memorable one!

We were in town for Maggie Valleys big truck show, for our 12th year in a row & we had an issue with another cabin company double booking our stay & it getting canceled last minute. So we had to end up getting a place to stay further away as everything was booked up. We were a little nervous as we're not the golfing type and look a little rough to people because of our tattoos. But everyone was so pleasantly nice and welcoming here. We ended up staying at the Robin & wow, what a beautiful property! It had plenty of room for our family of 7! The property all together is beautiful and the views from the big beautiful porch are breathtaking! We had everything we needed inside the house, and the lady we spoke with up front was extremely nice and welcoming. We will definitely stay here again & tell otheres about the location too!
