The major downside was the 'spa' facilities and the communication from the very rude staff members. "The hotel is centrally located on the promenade, but does not have a designated parking lot. You can use a public parking garage , but on busy days it can be full. The hotel also doesn't have a washer for the guest’s use , but there is a nearby automatic laundromat that you can use. Our room was spacious and airy with 2 balconies.
