Home away from home

We had an amazing stay at Duane’s condo. It was clean and welcoming with all the amenities anyone could wish for. Communication with the host was seamless and easy. Check in and check out went very smoothly. We will definitely stay again.

A great stay in Santa Clarita

Duane’s condo was the perfect fit for us four guys who were in town for a conference. Three bedrooms and the memory foam mattress for the fourth guest worked out great. There were nice extras like snacks, coffee pods, bottled water, and shampoo/body wash as well. Clean place and quiet neighbors.

This is our second time renting from Duane. My kids love the treats he sets out. Easy checkin and checkout. We will be back again next year!

Surprising Touches

The host was great and there were so many extra special touches I’ve never had in a vacation home. It’s clear that this place has been setup with the vacationer in mind. Coffee bar, snacks, drinks, sweet note and unique decor. The neighborhood is quiet. Quick drive to Six Flags. Great restaurants nearby. Definitely will stay here again if we are in the area again.

Very Nice Property

We really enjoyed our stay and felt very comfortable in the property. The bedrooms were big and we loved the natural light in the kitchen. Clean and neat. Will definitely be staying again.

Amazing stay at perfect location

Our visit with family over the holidays was made even more perfect with our stay at Duane's condo. The condo was immaculate and the check in process was seamless. We had everything we needed from kitchen utensils to bedding. The condo is spacious and I loved the amount of natural light. We will definitely return again!

Owner is always great to deal with and thinks of just about everything you could need. Appreciate the quick communication, cleanliness, and ease of check in. The unit is nicely appointed, beds are comfortable, and kitchen is well stocked. Will definitely be back.

Amazing condo

The condo was well appointed and nicely laid out. The king sized beds were super comfortable and everyone had a great sleep. Lots of towels and kitchen supplies and snacks/coffee left by the host for our use. We will be back!

Condo worked perfectly. Plenty of room. Only challenge was we had a large vehicle (Expedition) that would not fit into the garage and there is a lack of street parking so we had to park a few blocks away.

Very comfortable home, great communication

I was very satisfied with the property. Exactly as described and how it looked in the pictures. My family used this for a trip to 6 flags and enjoyed the convenience of a 15 min drive. My kids loved the beds. The communication was greatly appreciated and helped out a lot. Also Duane had taken time to have some extra snacks set up wich made my kids day and I feel like small touches that made the stay that much more pleasant. Overall I would highly recommend and in the future I would book again.

Where Comfort and Tamales Meet

Our stay at Duane's Santa Clarita condo was exceptional! Duane was a responsive and helpful host, making our family trip memorable. The condo was clean, spacious, and featured comfy king-size beds. The round kitchen table was perfect for gatherings, and Duane's thoughtful snacks added a welcoming touch. Abundant towels were handy for pool visits. We also explored local dining, enjoying homemade tamales and delicious breakfast burritos nearby. A local liquor and grocery store down the street made stocking up easy. The convenient location enhanced our experience. While the provided parking included a tandem 2-car garage, our large truck didn't fit. However, we found street parking nearby. We highly recommend Duane's condo to anyone visiting Santa Clarita.

16th bday

This was the most well-equipped Vrbo we have ever stayed in, he has all the necessities! It was nice to have treats upon arrival, and communication was easy. Good location for all the things that we were doing for our trip. We had a very memorable experience and a great 16th birthday celebration. Definitely would stay here again.
