"Expectations from this BUDGET motel were met. It is an older establishment that appears as though some areas are being updated (?) That said, the walls between the rooms are paper thin so you better enjoy the conversations and TV shows your neighbors are involved in. OVERALL, I don't see myself in Helena, Montana in the near future.....but if I am, I would probably look at this motel if I needed a budget/cheap place to rack out for a night or two."

"We spent most of our time on the front deck, soaking up the gorgeous view of lake or exploring several of the nearby beaches with free public access. The access to water at cabin requires climbing over some large rocks but the clear, cool lake is worth it. The house was super clean & well-stocked for all our needs. Thank you!!"

"Our cabin was clean, clearly well maintained, with high quality furnishings and mattress was excellent firmness (ie not too soft) for a great night sleep. Bathroom fixtures were first rate, better than a typical motel. Heat was provided through a gas fireplace which kicked in automatically at our set temperature. Covered front porch looks onto serene pasture. We saw humming birds. The property managers were proactive in facilitating an easy checkin and were wonderfully friendly and kind hosts sharing information and answering questions. The location is about 15-20 minutes from the nearest town with restaurants and shopping. WiFi is spotty and unreliable so plan accordingly. We loved this location and would love to come back when the skies are clear to see the stars!"

"Incredible views of and access to the lake. House was lovely and well stocked. Really enjoyed the kayaks and all of the outdoor seating. Peaceful location with access to restaurants in nearby Helena. Would love to come back again!"
Duck Creek Ranch - Privacy in a Custom Log Home on 400 Acres!

"Duck Creek Ranch had it all!coming from the East Coast, but having family local made it an amazing opportunity to connect together as family. The ranch was equipped with ample supplies as well as everything you needed in the kitchen.Don’t underestimate the 5 1/2 mile dirt road! While it was an easy drive, it did get old as we drove it nearly every day of our visit. The beds were extremely comfortable, the bathrooms were more than luxuriousThe ability to hang out was outstandingIf you love a good story, don’t forget to take a look at the scrapbook detail detailing the build of the ranch, where no detail was left outThe home even has several air-conditioning units in the windows making a perfect balance of cool for those super hot days though not advertised on the site. The nights were cool enough. You could keep windows open as well.Our family event there was spectacular and memorable for sure! Thank you to the owning family! We will return one day again! The only feedback I would offer as a constructive is the storage shed blocks the gorgeous view and has a dark/ light sensitivity that is on while you are in the hot tub Or in the master bedroom. catching the sunrise was the best part of my entire trip!."
