Pulling up to the house, you’ll notice a spacious driveway, perfect for boat parking for your Canyon Lake adventures! Hill Country Vibe greets you with a cheerful pop of color at the door before entering into home. As soon as you walk into Hill Country Vibe, warm natural light pools into this space accenting the high ceilings. The living room is complete with a comfortable sofa and a couple of arm chairs for guests to relax in after a long day at the lake. A large flatscreen television in this space is perfect for a fun movie night with friends. This space also features a cozy corner highlighting a beautiful stone fireplace where you can get comfortable with a good book. This open floor space flows right into the kitchen and dining space, where guests can share a meal together. With plenty of seating at the dining table and bar seating, everyone has a seat at the table! The large kitchen features a full-sized refrigerator, cooktop stove, and dishwasher. This space offers a lot of countertop space, making it suitable for large groups.

The master bedroom features a king bed and beautiful tiered ceilings to highlight the space. With 5 large windows in this room, it is never lacking that beautiful natural light! Warm tones and textures soften the room, making it a relaxing retreat! The attached bathroom is complete with a spacious double vanity with a wonderful large mirror. Relax in the large soaking tub or take a refreshing shower in the walk-in shower! There is a unique bonus room attached to the master, which is complete with a daybed and trundle, and is framed by a stunning picture window! The second bedroom features a large king bed and a flatscreen television, making this a great space for two guests. The second bathroom is a full bathroom complete with a bathtub and shower combo, and soft colors invite you to relax. The third bedroom features a king bed and a flatscreen television for catching up on the morning news from your bed! This space has a large window, which brings lovely natural light into the room! The fourth bedroom is a fun and unique space for kids, complete with a twin over full bunk bed and an old fashioned arcade game!

Heading outside to the backyard, there are so many exciting features, notably, the private pool! Relax and sunbathe by the pool in the lounge chairs, and when it gets hot, swim under the refreshing waterfall. This outdoor space also has a wonderful covered patio with a cool bar top and seating that looks out over the pool. Relax in the outdoor lounge space complete with a flatscreen television for watching the game. This whole covered space is wrapped around with adorable string lights to bring the space together! Another fun feature is the outdoor kitchen space, where you are able to prepare meals outside with the charcoal grill, countertop space, and outdoor sink. A firepit space is located on the back of the pool area, perfect for watching the stars under the big trees at night! One additional feature of this wonderful outdoor space is the detached barn off to the side of the property, which functions as an outdoor game room! Complete with cornhole boards and ping pong, this space is great for the kids! The entire outdoor space is fenced in as well, giving you peace of mind with any little ones or four-legged family members you may bring along with you!

If you are looking for outdoor Hill Country fun, Old Hancock Trail is in the area for horseback riding and hiking. You can also enjoy a beach area with swimming and nature trails at Overlook Park, just a short drive away with great views of Canyon Lake as well as the Dam, or rent a pontoon boat or jet ski for the day! Take a day trip to Gruene, home to the historic Gruene Hall, to enjoy music and dancing, or dine at the delicious Gristmill Restaurant. The downtown square of Wimberley offers shopping in boutiques and coffee shops for a relaxing stroll around town. You can start your adventure by swimming and hiking at the famous Jacobs Well, fly across the sky at Zip Line Adventure, or drop by Blue Hole Regional Park for swimming and nature trails. Visit New Braunfels and float the beautiful Guadalupe River.
