Poor ac, door chime was so loud in front bedroom you would wake up every time someone opened or shut door. Showers in two baths too small for our husbands to use without ramming elbows on walls

Because of water and sewer issues at our original rental, we were moved to another property. The replacement house was very nice, and we appreciated being accommodated. However, the communication could have been much better. We arrived late at night without a gate code. Fortunately, another vehicle entered, allowing us to follow them in. Otherwise, we would have been stuck since there was no cell service at the gate and email wasn't an option. We also had a fourth bedroom that was locked, and no access code had been provided. Thankfully, our guests weren't arriving until the next day, giving us time to get the code. The house itself was excellent—very clean, well maintained, and comfortable. It was also well insulated. Even with neighbors being loud late into the evening, very little noise could be heard inside. A small suggestion would be to provide coffee filters in the upstairs kitchen. The only other downside was the 10:00 a.m. checkout, which felt too early for a vacation rental. An 11:00 a.m. checkout would have been much more reasonable. The cleaning crew arrived promptly at 10:00, so we left on time, but it made for a rushed departure.Overall, we really enjoyed the property. With better communication before arrival and a later checkout time, the experience would have been outstanding.
