Private 2-Acre House AND Casita, 5bd/4b Sleeps 14!

Come stay with us and enjoy a quiet retreat in the Texas Hill Country. We have lots to offer including a large hot tub, grill, outdoor living spaces, patios & more! After enjoying your day with friends and family on the lake, come home to a relaxing evening in our spacious stay on two acres with a main house and small private Casita. Enjoy the lake, tubing the river, shopping in nearby towns, or just hang out on one of our many porches and outdoor decks.

HIlltop Oaks is a 5 bedroom, 4 bath property. There are 4 bedrooms in the main house and 3 bathrooms. There is a 1 king, 2 queens, and two sets of bunk beds in the main house. There is also a twin pull out chair sleeper in the downstairs queen bedroom. The casita has a private King bed studio with kitchenette and full bathroom. Casita has a twin pull out chair as well. The sectional sofa is also available for sleeping if needed. For extra sleeping options we also provide an air mattress, single sleeper cot and pack and play for infants.
Our main house is built in reverse with the kitchen and main living space upstairs. The dining room is downstairs with additional outdoor dining on upstairs deck.
The outdoor areas are the thing that make this property special. We have set up a feeder that dispenses deer corn twice daily, so the deer are frequent guest on the property. Morning coffee and deer watching from the upper decks is special. There are multiple outdoor lounging areas on the property - upper decks, back deck with hot tub for 7 people, large porches and both the main house and the casita as well as a karge firepit for cool weather nights. You are also welcome to bring chairs and set them up just about anywhere you like. We have outdoor games such as corn hole, horseshoes, and even a roping dummy.

Our property is situated on almost 2 private acres in an acreage neighborhood with plenty of privacy and parking for boats and cars. The house is set back off the road down a long driveway.

For our property's security, we have surveillance cameras in the front yard, backyard (which covers the casita entrance), video door bell and an additional camera at the back of the acreage.

The Canyon Lake area has so much to offer. There are wineries, breweries, fabulous dining, outdoor activities, and water sports. Nearby towns offer shopping, dining and many other activities such as ziplining, concerts, natural and historic sites. We are 30 minutes or less to Wimberly, Dripping Springs, Gruene, San Marcos and others. Come and explore the beautiful vistas of the hill country.
