"The room could be cleaner. Other than that, it’s a great place to stay inside the east side of the park. Abundance parkings, easy 2 miles hike to Grand Canyon of Yellowstone, easy access to casual eateries (canteen style) and cafes, also easy drive to major attractions. Bring along ear plugs (thin wall) and eyes cover (long day light)."

"The cleaning service was not good. I ended up cleaning my room, because we stayed 5 nights. Some days they just wont clean the room, and the two times the "cleaned" the room, the room still looked dirty, they would just make the beds. It was a pitty."
"Up to date, clean, very friendly staff, bed was comfortable. No elevator to our room but otherwise a great location and stay while visiting Yellowstone."
"Great location while visiting Yellowstone. We loved being able to walk to restaurants and a market. We saved a lot of money by having breakfast at the cabin then packing a picnic for lunch. We tried different restaurants in town for dinner. We even used the grills one day to make hot dogs. Staff was great!"
"There are no TVs at national parks which we were aware. However the internet didn’t work and our T-Mobile phones had NO reception. There really should be a warning on the property’s website about what cell services work. I finally used the room phone to make a call home to check-in with my family.
There are two restaurants but one was closed and the other required reservations. It was obvious we weren’t the only ones who didn’t know about reservations! Thankfully a front desk manager went out of his way to confirm a reservation for us and came to our room to confirm it since he couldn’t reach us any other way!
The room is dark and dated. The bathroom had a tiny shower stall and poor lighting. The floor was also not clean especially the caulk and around the edges. Finally the ice machine didn’t work.
The staff were all friendly and helpful. But the property is dated, amenities are few and unreliable especially for the nightly cost! This the last time I’ll stay in a national park."
"Good option for Gardiner. Hotel is “old” but fit the the bill. Had tv, fridge and hot water. The staff were very helpful. Town is just a short walk. Would stay here again."
