We spent one fantastic week at Paradise Cove Boutique Hotel, and it exceeded all our expectations. The staff are simply exceptional—friendly, attentive, and genuinely passionate about making every guest feel welcome. They deserve 6 out of 5 stars!
With only 75 rooms, the resort always feels peaceful, private, and never crowded. Our room was spacious, spotless, and extremely comfortable. The variety of restaurants was another highlight, each offering a unique atmosphere and excellent food.
There are plenty of activities included in the room rate, and we also joined the excursion to the three northern islands, which was great fun and incredibly good value.
We rented a car and explored Port Louis, Grand Baie, and Flic en Flac, but it was always a pleasure to return to Paradise Cove—our own little oasis. It was also lovely to see so many happy honeymooners enjoying the romantic setting.
Honestly, I can’t think of a single thing that could have improved our stay. If you’re considering Mauritius, I can wholeheartedly recommend Paradise Cove.
Splendid stay in this little cove paradise, the best food I’ve ever eaten, beautiful views, lovely pools and cove swimming, clean and happy staff. We had the most wonderful time ! Would highly recommend
We loved the fact that it was adults only which made for a calm and relaxed atmosphere. Also since there were 4 restaurants there was a lot of variety. And the location was just fantastic. All in all everything was wonderful.
Small of the radar hotel. The hotel has no own beach but makes up for it with a beautiful setting, lots of hidden areas, beautiful swimming pools and ocean access. Definitely a great place to recommend for folks looking something smaller and very good!
What a fantastic place to say. The scale of the breakfast has to be seen to be believed. The drinks, the food incredible. Highly recommend doing the e-bike tour
We really enjoyed our stay at Paradise Cove though we did experience some frustrations hence our rating of good rather than excellent. There are four eating options in the resort and we generally found the food to be very good though we were disappointed with the breakfast buffet - the food was not to the quality that we had experienced elsewhere during our stays in Africa - no chili with omelettes, tough bacon and thick bread for toast. But we had excellent meals at the Peninsular and XO (Japanese cuisine) and I would encourage visitors to attend those restaurants rather than the main one.
Service fluctuated somewhat. It was generally good, and the staff were generally friendly but from time to time you could find yourself waiting for extended periods to order drinks or food, whilst staff chatted at the bar; or encounter a staff member who wasn't in their best mood.
The resort has a number of included activities; and we found the included drinks under the all-inclusive option to be high quality. The room was fantastic; the music, different every night, was really good; and the overall design of the property with multiple options (restaurants, pools, sunbed areas, etc) was superb.
Perfect little place for the last 5 days of our honeymoon. Great for couples not wanting any kids around ☺️
We did miss the view of the west coast, but combining it with 5 days on the west coast as well. It was perfect. Be sure to take a bike ride in the area as well, and go all inclusive all the time. Perfect place and great food!
Beautiful property, well maintained and immaculate. Stayed in a Junior Suite with amazing view from the balcony. Service exceptional from the bar, dining, reception and even to your sunbed. Very well looked after by the team. Luxurious and glamorous. Sun loungers had lovely foam cushioning and no putting towels down policy before 10 otherwise they are off - fantastic! Love to come back if we visit Mauritius.
What an amazing hotel! The staff were fantastic, so helpful and friendly and made us feel very welcome and special! The food was incredible and the options fantastic. The gournds are beautifully kept with fresh flower arrangements everyday. So peaceful and lots of different places to sit/lie and relax. Three amazing pools and a beautiful sheltered cove as well as a sea water plunge pool. Just wonderful!
Adults only so no children under 18. There were families with older children. The staff were extremely helpful and very friendly and went out of their way to assist. Any small problems we had were dealt with quickly and effectively. The glass bottom boat and snorkelling well worth going on. The sun loungers had a button to press for service which was really helpful. We enjoyed the cultural night and the free rum tasting.
All areas were exemplary. Staff all so friendly and helpful and facilities perfect. Attentive service both pool side and in restaurants, and top quality food with a great variety. Staff always welcoming with a 'bonzour' and smile. Great choice of pools for swimming, relaxing and sunbaking, including lovely secluded cabanas by her water. Highly recommended.
Fantastic hotel with really nice rooms all overlooking the beach.
Great staff and service.
The food in the restaurant is amazing.
We are definitely coming back
I absolutely loved this hotel. It is my favorite place I have ever stayed. It was beautiful, romantic, and the service was impeccable. I would highly recommend staying here over some of the larger hotels on the island like Shangri-La or Four Seasons.
We an amazing two weeks at Paradise Cove. From the attentive staff to the amazing food and service. Specially call out to Tulisi for the rum tasting session...15 different flavoured rums..Deepak and Neetish who were in every restaurant we ate in from breakfast, lunch and dinner.
Very relaxing time, but made use of the on site gym - not big but well equipped and had the most amazing hot stones massage in the Spa.
