With the cycle path 100m away, you leave your vehicle (a reserved parking space is available in the residence secured by an automatic gate) and you access it on foot, by bike or by free shuttle in summer (200m from the residence ), to all the shops and services in the city while enjoying a privileged, quiet location. Facing south, this modern and bright apartment on the 1st floor opens onto a large private terrace with garden furniture, parasol, sun loungers and electric plancha. It also offers a breathtaking view of the residence's garden with trees and flowers, a true haven of peace in the heart of the resort. This seasonal rental is composed a large living room with lounge area (flat screen TV, WIFI), a sofa, dining area and equipped kitchen area (dishwasher, 4 ceramic hobs, electric oven, microwave, refrigerator), a bedroom (1 bed 160), a bathroom, a separate toilet, a pantry with washing machine. For your comfort, sheets are provided and the bed is made upon arrival. A travel cot and a baby high chair can be made available to you on request. Bicycle storage is available.
