- an open-plan kitchen/dining area equipped with a dishwasher, filter coffee maker, and toaster; in addition, a utility room with an oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, and washing machine.
- a dining area open to the kitchen
- a living room with a television opening onto a small veranda
- a first bedroom with a 140cm double bed and an en-suite shower room with WC
- a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed
- the two remaining bedrooms are adjoining: a children's bedroom with two 90cm single beds and a second bedroom with a 140cm double bed and a washbasin
- a second bathroom with a shower and bathtub
- a separate WC
- a large outdoor area with a spacious covered terrace, garden furniture, an electric griddle, and a south-east facing garden with mature trees. Also, a north/west-facing courtyard with parking for several vehicles.
Please note that linens and end-of-stay cleaning are not included in the rental price. You can contact our agency for rates. Upon key collection, two security deposits will be required: one of €800 for the accommodation and one of €200 for the end-of-stay cleaning.
