Really lovely little apartment, right on the beach, with lots of dining options in the street, but not noisy as there is barely any traffic (and no heavy traffic) on the street, and no bars next door.
We could surf right across the road, and there are great spots for photography on the beach too. A short drive into Hossegor town for shopping (5 mins). Capbreton village (2 mins away) had a great bakery and chocolate shop, plus more restaurants.
The apartment itself is simple, with tiled floor, which means you don’t worry about the sand you will inevitably track inside. Has everything you need, great location, and a friendly host with just enough English to arrange everything. Parking is available under the apartment in a garage.

Très bon moment en famille dans cet appartement qui évolue au.fil des années grâce à l'implication du propriétaire. On a l'impression de le redécouvrir à chaque fois.
Wir haben super angenehme Tage verbracht. Zum Meer muss man nur über die Straße und den Sonnenuntergang kann man von der Terrasse aus beobachten. Restaurants, zum täglichen Fischmarkt oder ins Zentrum ist alles zu Fuß gut zu erreichen. In der Hochsaison ist vielleicht viel Verkehr auf dem Boulevard des Plage Central in der Nebensaison ist das kein Thema.
Toujours aussi agréable. Proche de toutes les commodités, restaurants, location de vélos, plage au pied de la résidence.

J’ai passé avec mes amis d’incroyables vacances, l’appartement est très bien équipé, la plage à 2 mètres laisse une superbe vue. De plus le bâtiment est sécurisé. Le propriétaire est très respectueux et toujours disponible si besoin. Merci encore pour le séjour.
L'appartement de Monsieur Dosba est exceptionnel. La cuisine est parfaitement équipée, le séjour est agréable, l'emplacement est idéal et surtout, la vue est imprenable. Monsieur Dosba a été très très agréable avec nous et nous a communiqué toutes les informations toujours très gentiment. Ce fut une excellente semaine passée entre amis d'une vingtaine d'années !
Excellent séjour face à la mer.
Gros plus, la place de parking sous l'appartement. Nous n'avons pas pu en bénéficier mais ce n'est pas du fait du propriétaire. Hors saison, ce n'est pas grave mais en haute saison c'est indispensable dans ce quartier de Capbreton.
Hôte très sympathique.
Très agréable, jolie vue, la copropriété pourrait nettoyer mieux l'escalier mais ce n'est pas du fait de notre propriétaire d'une hospitatlité rare et hors du commun.
Appartement les pieds dans l’eau avec une super vue sur la mer à l abris du vent et des intempéries grâce à la baie vitrée coulissante. Il suffit de traverser la rue pour être sur la plage. Bien agencé sans perte de place. Le parking est un réel avantage.Je recommande.
