"The staff is really kind and helpful! The “two sisters” at the reception, Charlie at the buffet were very nice. The buffet is very good and the hotel is clean and well maintained. The only downside is the spa is not hot (if you pay for premium) and we didn’t really enjoy the pools because we were outside all day during our stay. I wouldn’t recommend to pay for the premium pools in September. It is not worth it while there is no as much people who are staying there at the end of the high season."

"My husband and I had such a wonderful stay here! You would never know there were other guests staying on the property because of how peaceful and quiet it is. The property sits on a mountain with so many beautiful pathways and secluded areas that it feels incredibly private and peaceful. Everything was so well maintained, and the mountain views were absolutely amazing. All of the staff were so kind and welcoming-there wasn't a single worker that wasn't amazing. And the included breakfast was AMAZING. So fresh, with so many options to choose from. Every morning, the staff were so attentive and kind. We would love the opportunity to come back and stay again one day!"

"All areas very clean. Rooms need updating. This is a very good hotel but a few minor alterations could make it excellent. So for example, no mineral water is provided in the rooms except for on the day of arrival. Waiting staff look miserable with the exception of a few who were excellent. The cost of having a safe is expensive 12 euros for a week. Not enough tables outside in the main restaurant. Rooms should have robes and slippers. A few minor points but if these were addressed the hotel would get 5 stars from me instead of 4."

"The property we stayed was an off-site property approx 2 blocks from main hotel. It was an easy walk. The offsite property was small and nice also featuring a nice rooftop pool. The room was spacious and newly updated. However, the bed was very hard and pillow for sleeping was awful. It was a hard lumbar pillow in a pillow case. I slept with my own shawl as a pillow instead. The main property had a good breakfast buffet which had many options and a lovely staff. Overall a 4/5."

"Visited in April 2026. Second time there, fantastic place to stay, wonderful staff. Very happy to help. They even changed our TV when ours did not work properly, this was done in a very speedy and non intrusive way. The staff are very attentive. Money well spent. We will go back next year! Thank you to all the staff."
