The apartment has:

Lovely view and nice small apartment, but with some small issues
The apartment is clean and nice, and is close to beach, town and a lovely little cove with an excellent diving center and a nice café. There are some irritating small problems, that the owner should easily deal with: 1) The WIFI is not working :-( 2) There are some old sun sails for the big terrace, but they are broken and should be replaced 3) One umbrella for the big terrace was broken, and need to be replaced Torben and Merete Andersen

Wunderschöne, sehr gepflegte Wohnung oberhalb der Bucht und Cala Ratjada. Traumhafter Ausblick, sauberer Pool und insgesamt sehr ruhig. Für uns war es top!

Die Penthouse Wohnung entsprach tatsächlich zu 100% der Beschreibung. Es hat alles wunderbar geklappt. Danke. Die Terasse war viel größer als erwartet. Wer am Pool der Anlage liegen möchte, sollte sich allerdings selbst eine Liege mitbringen, alle vorhandenen Liegen waren Privatbesitz.

Wieder sehr schön!
Ich war zum zweiten Mal in dieser schönen Ferienwohnung mit dem unvergleichlichen Ausblick auf die Cala Agulla. Wir haben uns rundum wohl und versorgt gefühlt. Kann ich nur empfehlen. Einzig die Kaffeemaschine könnte evtl. mal erneuert werden. Wie schon von einem anderen Gast bewertet, ist die Wohnung aber insgesamt noch schöner als auf den Bildern zu sehen.

Aussicht nicht zu toppen!
Das Appartement ist in Wirklichkeit schöner, als es auf den Bildern rüber kommt. Kleinigkeiten, die aus unserer Sicht nicht o.K. waren, wurden nach Kontaktaufnahme mit dem Vermieter sofort behoben. Wer Ruhe sucht in Cala Ratjada ist hier genau richtig. Wir kommen gerne wieder und haben für nächstes Jahr bereits gebucht;-)

Ich habe diese Wohnung kurzfristig buchen können und alles war perfekt, Die Lage und Aussicht von der Terrasse über die Bucht ist grandios und auf den Bildern nicht übertrieben. Der Kontakt zur Vermieterin ist direkt und schnell. Mega-freundlich. 5 Sterne für alles. Wenn wieder Mallorca, dann nur hier ! Martin

Insgesamt hat uns der Aufenthalt sehr gut gefallen. Die Unterkunft liegt sehr ruhig und man hat einen traumhaften Blick auf die Bucht. Die Kommunikation mit den Vermietern war ebenfalls sehr gut. Die Wohnung ist insgesamt gut ausgestattet uns hat jedoch eine Mikrowelle oder ein Backofen gefehlt. Die Wohnung verfügt über eine riesige Terrasse, wir finden aber, dass der Sonnenschutz zu wenig ist. Auf der Terrasse steht den ganzen Tag die Sonne, durch die riesige Fensterfront und den wenig vorhandenen Sonnenschutz ist es wirklich schwer den Wohnraum gut zu kühlen. Vorhänge wie im Schlafzimmer würden sonst auch helfen. Leider hat das WLAN gar nicht funktioniert. Uns wurde zwar gesagt, dass es auf der Terrasse der Empfang am Besten ist, aber auch da war keiner. Wir finden, dann sollte das WLAN auch nicht in der Beschreibung stehen. Zudem finden wir den Preis für die Endreinigung (95€) viel zu hoch, da wir noch Überreste vom Vorgänger gefunden haben und im Inserat auch „nur“ 80€ standen.
