"We camw for a tournament on Memorial Day Weekend. We were very happy with the place. It is not the newesr kf places, so it apears veey dated, but it covers the basic needs very well and then some! We like the seperate living area and the full kitchen table, since we like to get food snd eat smaller meals in the room to save money. "The listing was clean and had everything we needed. Neighborhood was clean and quiet. Host was very responsive and accommodated our stay to our needs. We would recommend this listing to anyone and everyone. There’s a fire pit in the back yard, a deck with a charcoal grill, hot tub was amazing, and we didn’t see any bugs or roaches or creepy crawlers during our entire stay. Hot water and good water pressure!"

"Our group of 6 adults enjoyed a great stay at this property for a week. Close to the beach and other activities we had planned. We all had enough space for privacy and the large kitchen/dining area was excellent for making meals and playing board games. Sony, the host, was very responsive to a few questions and unforeseen incidents that occurred. My only "complaint" is that a burner on the stove does not work and the bottom rack of the dishwasher is missing a wheel and therefore does not roll...

"Was looking for a place to stay for myself along with a group of undergraduate students for participation in a competition at the nearby state park. This was a great spot, and the house layout made it easy for the students and I to have separate spaces."

"I really wanted to give this home a 5 star, as our issue/concern was honestly out of the owners hands. When we walked in, we were immediately disappointed with the strong odor of marijuana. Contact was made right away with the owner. She was very responsive, and also disappointed with our experience. We ended up going out to eat, and when we came back, we went upstairs to the bedroom. We shut the door, and opened the windows so we could sleep without the smell. Sadly, I feel like the odor...

"This is a great place to kayak and get away from city noise! You hear only the wildlife, hunting dogs raised by the neighbor, and a few fishing boats. The house is well stocked, a back up of paper supplies such as toilet paper and paper towels would be helpful. "House was exactly as expected. This is our second year staying in this property complex. The house was very clean, spacious and a great location. Perfect for our big group as each family had their own space and bathroom on the second and third floor. Main floor open layout is great for hanging out together, cooking and eating. The front porch was falling apart and a real danger for anyone who carelessly leaned on the posts or screens - you could fall right out.
