We very much appreciated that it was dog friendly as our little frenchie is truly a part of our family. The huge deck was amazing, we only wish we had more time to enjoy it! Beautiful location and grounds, but stay fell short given established reputation and the cost of accommodations, Room smelled quit musty. Decor suggested a collection of castoff furnishings from perhaps past renovations. Bathroom needed updating! Nespresso machine was very dirty and dispensed old coffee grounds. Night guard container, obviously from a previous guest, found on floor near bed. Honestly, I have never posted such a...

"The Benchmark was lovely. The morning break fast was perfect. We had room 7 and the view and the deck was lovely. Room was tiny it comfortable - not much room for luggage - I was on a long trip before so I just took out what I needed and left the rest in the car. Parking is tight - we were there in offseason - so could see how that could be an issue in the summer months. P-town was fantastic as well! "
