About this property

Gulf Access Waterfront Large One or Two Bedroom In Law Suite

  • Waterfront gulf access one queen bedroom in-law suite [ two Queen bedrooms upon request for additional charge] attached to but not in my home. I live on the right hand side. Suite is on the left. There are no shared spaces.) close to all the fun restaurants, beaches, bars, shopping and medical! Private lanai and boat tie up if you choose to rent a boat. Watch the boats, manatees and dolphins sail by on the dock. Catch mullet, catfish and snapper for dinner! There is a washer/dryer, microwave, griddle, crockpot, electric skillet, webber charcoal grill...everything to cook but a stove. Full shower with tub. Second refrigerator in garage. Coffee maker, beach chairs, coolers and some fishing gear. If you want both bedrooms there is an extra charge. Please read rules tab within this property listing.

Rules

There will be an additional cleaning fee for extended stays. No smoking even on the lanai. Pets must be crated while guests are out of the unit.
No over night guests not on reservation. There is an extra charge for more than 2 guests $25 per night per person and an additional $50 cleaning fee.
Fee to dock boat $50 per night and fee to park trailer $25 per night.
