"Floors were not cleaned at all before we got into our room. WiFi never worked, messages manager telling him. He said ok I’ll reset it. I said it never worked. Never got a response back. One of our bed was outdated , had springs poking through . Had a refrigerator from 1978 . Not worth 270 dollars that’s for sure."

"We had a wonderful stay at the Kennebunk Inn. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the staff was friendly, welcoming, and always willing to help.
The hotel has a lot of historic charm, being a very old property, and it is absolutely beautiful. The character and atmosphere make it a unique place to stay and really add to the overall experience.
If you're visiting Kennebunk, I would highly recommend the Kennebunk Inn. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would gladly return in the future."
