"My stay on topsail Island would not have been as good or great without this motel. They surprised me at every turn. Manager was great! The location was perfect! Cost was wonderful To be only a block and a half from the ocean. Oh thank you very much! I will be back"

"We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed walking up and down and keeping an eye out for sea turtle hatchlings. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of puzzles and games the kids enjoyed. We especially enjoyed playing checkers on the screened in porch. The outdoor spaces were great. Not waterfront, but you could get little views of both the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at night and listening to the ocean. It was also a super quick and easy drive into town for restaurants and shops. Convenient to both south and north topsail as well. The owner was also lovely and quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great stay! "

"Immaculate property - we had a varsity soccer team play in the area and stay the weekend for a memorable experience for the lads. The house has every comfort and security needed to have a great/safe time at the beach with a family or group. No detail left unnoticed from the aility to adjust the thermostat to safety treads on the wooden stairs. Ryan and Kelly are top shelf hosts, and this is the first place I will check when coming to the area."

"We had a wonderful week at this beautiful rental on the water. We enjoyed coffee on the deck, kayaking, and a few fun beach days. We were able to rent an additional kayak from Topsail Surf and Cycle which they delivered straight to the rent"
"We had a great week. The home was very large and accommodated our large group. The location was great with easy beach access. The house is stocked with very basic items. We would suggest added amenities in the kitchen as well as decorative touches such as mirrors and rugs. The bathrooms also did not have many hooks to hang up towels or wet bathingsuits. The renters before us left a large amount of trash and it took 72 hours of me communicating with management to have it removed."
