"This home was perfect for our gathering of family and friends. They welcome your dogs and the location of this home was great to walk your dog and ride your bike or even run/walk for exercise. Its also not far from some of our favorite restaurants and the pier. There are 2 beach access very close. The view from the top deck is amazing. Sitting and having my morning coffee and watching the waves and an actual dolphin made my day. The house was so clean and a beautiful pool area. It was so spacious for all of us to hang together or find a quiet spot to chill. The host was so easy to communicate with and very quick to answer any questions you may have. We will definitely be visiting this property again"

"This property was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything we needed although we didn’t cook a whole lot. It was located close to lots of places to eat and shop. We had plenty of room for everyone to spread out and have their own space after a few days of too much togetherness haha. The beach was just a few steps away and the outdoor shower with hot water was a godsend with kids. Definitely would stay there again. "

"We felt so spoiled having our own private pool. The kids absolutely loved it, and it was a nice alternative to the beach when it was super hot with and the water was rough. The beach itself was a super easy walk across the street, and even though it was a public access, the beach was wide open with plenty of space for everyone. We enjoyed walking up and down and keeping an eye out for sea turtle hatchlings. The house itself was comfortable and very well equipped. Lots of puzzles and games the kids enjoyed. We especially enjoyed playing checkers on the screened in porch. The outdoor spaces were great. Not waterfront, but you could get little views of both the intracoastal waterway and the ocean. We enjoyed sitting on the screen porch at night and listening to the ocean. It was also a super quick and easy drive into town for restaurants and shops. Convenient to both south and north topsail as well. The owner was also lovely and quick to respond when we had questions. We had a great stay! "

"Immaculate property - we had a varsity soccer team play in the area and stay the weekend for a memorable experience for the lads. The house has every comfort and security needed to have a great/safe time at the beach with a family or group. No detail left unnoticed from the aility to adjust the thermostat to safety treads on the wooden stairs. Ryan and Kelly are top shelf hosts, and this is the first place I will check when coming to the area."

"This cottage was perfect for our family vacation! Cathy was an amazing host and very communicative. The cottage had all the amenities and things we needed. From towels and linens to central AC, internet, and paper products. Short walk to the beach with our two children and lots of places to eat nearby. The beach was peaceful and the boardwalk across the street was amazing for watching the sun go down. Our kids even loved the outdoor shower. Would highly recommend!!"
