"The air conditioning was not working g and instead of apologizing the staff was rude and took like ages to move us to a different room . Even the room was not cleaned in time . Like with persistent request it was cleaned at 6 pm ."

"Room and common areas were clean and updated. Mattress was too firm. Ac fan was too loud. Breakfast buffet was very good. Staff was friendly and helpful. I heard other guests say this is the BEST Best Western and I tend to agree."

"We had to wait until 8pm to check in. They gave us “free Breakfast” which was not free. It was a voucher for $20 for 2 people. The sliding door to the bathroom was broken so there was no privacy when using the toilet. The bar was closed for a wedding. I was quite disappointed. The staff were kind but there was apparently nothing more they could do. "

"Perfect getaway as the host was outstanding and the cottage was close to perfect. It was so comfortable and the hosts have put so much attention into the things that make a stay away from home so enjoyable. Their suggestions for restaurants and sightseeing were well thought out and we enjoyed our time in Wilmington. We stay at a lot of VRBO accommodations and this one exceeded our expectations. Highly recommend!"

"Lots of extra expenses! No complimentary coffee in the lobby (was told I could buy some at the Starbucks in the lobby). Parking options were confusing (and pricey). Staff members were friendly and helpful. Room was comfortable, but would have liked to have a microwave. Amenities were listed on the inside of the entry door. Would prefer to have a brochure that I could read sitting down. We don't plan to stay there in the future."

"The body wash dispenser was completely empty. The same thing happed at a Hampton a week later. So I decided to call out both places. When you are paying $250 a night little details like this should not be overlooked. If I had stayed at the Econolodge I would have had a bar of soap."
