With NO neighbors behind the house, you can immerse yourself in the tranquil beauty of nature accompanied by the soothing sounds of birds chirping.

Welcome to our Newly built Beautiful Home: 1 block and a 5 minute walk to the Delaware Bay Beach and the awesome sunsets.
All linens and towels are included in the rental. Beach equipment(10 beach chairs, 2 umbrellas) and 2 carts are also included.

This is a Very Spacious Home with 5 bedrooms, 3 full baths, one half-bath, and an oversized outside shower with changing area. Full kitchen with everything needed for cooking and feeding your entire party. There is a 2nd kitchen and refrigerator downstairs in the entertainment rooms which showcase a pool table, air-hockey, ping-pong and foosball game tables. There are 6 large screen Smart TV’s through-out the house with super-fast internet and blue-tooth ceiling SURROUND in the Entertainment level. Parking in driveway for 6 cars, ample street parking if needed.

• Main Floor: The Primary Bedroom, en-suite Bathroom, Living Room, Dining Room, Full Kitchen, Laundry Room, Half Bathroom, and a large back deck with gas BBQ.
• Second Floor: Additional Primary Bedroom with balcony, 3 additional bedrooms, one large full bathroom.
• Lower Entertainment Level: Kitchen, full bathroom, direct access to the back yard, outside dining area and to the outside shower.
• The home is 3 minutes away from Harpoons on the Bay(WaterFront Restaurant), 6 minutes from two local vineyards, and 5-10 minutes from 6 local breweries. Minutes away from Acme shopping, Wawa Markets, and additional shopping centers.

Beautiful Stay in Cape May!

Perfect family vacation

The house was lovely, clean bright and beachy. The fun room on the lower level was good for relaxing when arriving back from the days at the beach. The backyard with a grill was great for a family cookout. The house had everything we needed for a stress free getaway.

The house was beautiful and absolutely spotless. The rooms were perfect and spacious. There were 9 girls and we were able to hang out in the kitchen area and the island was a perfect place to set up food, have a few cocktails and just hangout. Deck off kitchen was a bonus. Would highly recommend!

House was amazing, location was perfect! House is as shown in photos, lots of room, lots of entertainment areas and very comfortable! Would rent again! Close to everything and you had plenty of room on beach! Only negative was that there were no mirrors and girls need mirrors!

Great house fora big group!

George's house was absolutely perfect for our girls trip! It was spacious and a great place to hang out. We loved the basement area and the nice backyard and patio. It was a quick walk to the beach. We loved the beach because it felt a lot more private and was hardly crowded. 10/10 stay.

Girls weekend

We could not have been happier with this house as well as working with George. From start to finish the communication was seamless and the house was beautiful, clean and perfect for a girls weekend. It was fully furnished and had everything and anything we could’ve needed. The game room downstairs was an added bonus! I give our overall experience a 10/10 and would highly recommend.

Beach getaway

The house and location were perfect for us. The house was spotless and very comfortable. The Bay was a short walk and perfect for our granddaughter. The games in the basement were lots of fun…. Ping pong, pool, air hockey, foos ball and more. The outdoor shower was awesome. We look forward to coming back next summer! Thanks George.

Friends Annual Memorial Day Getaway

Our friends and us had an excellent stay at this property. Loved hanging in the basement at night taking advantage of the pool table and other games. Plenty of room for our group of 9. Easy walk to the bay to watch the awesome sunset and and easy bike ride to the Cold Spring Bike trail. Kitchen was well equipped for meals. Owner was easy to work with. Thanks for a great weekend.

Girls Weekend

The house exceeded our expectations and provided tons of space and plenty of dishes/utensils for our group of eight. We enjoyed sitting out back on the deck and some of us read out front on the porch. The short 5 minutes walk to the beach was fantastic. House was extremely clean and loved that the linens were included. The ride into the main part of town is 15 minutes which was not bad at all. Thank you George for paying attention to all the details to make our time there effortless. We would highly recommend!

Very nice vacation home in Cape May

We’ve done over 10 years of our family vacations all over the East Coast. I have to say this beach house is one of the overall best stays we’ve enjoyed. First of all, George was excellent and fast in communicating with us. Every time we had a question he responded fast. We can’t say enough about the cleanliness of the whole property. It’s a nice walk to the beach which is not crowded. We were a short drive to the boardwalk. The neighborhood is quiet and pleasant. This is a great vacation destination with a great host!

Clean house

The home was very clean, kitchen was supplied with everything you need to cook a great meal and the host was very responsive to all questions. My only complaint is the lack of draw space. Although there were closets in every room there was a lack of drawer space to put clothes.

Perfect weekend

We came to Cape May for our annual girls get together and could not have had a better time. The house was very clean and stocked with everything we needed, plenty of room for the 5 of us. George was very attentive and friendly, and gave us an early check in which was great since we did arrive a little earlier than the usual check in time. The game room was a nice perk and we had tons of fun playing air hockey, pool and foosball. I agree with another reviewer that there could be more mirrors with so many of us getting ready at the same time. We did buy a full length mirror at Dollar General along with some extra hangers which we left for future guests! Thank you for a wonderful time and we hope to be back in the future!

Beautiful Home!

The house was awesome! Beds were very comfortable plenty of bathrooms. The game room kept us entertained even on a crappy rainy day. The walk was short to a beautiful spot on the beach. Great House would stay again!!

The house was everything we expected and more. Beautiful. Quality furnished We had an amazing time, thanks to our host George. He did everything in his power to make sure we were settled in and taken care of. From check in to check out, we couldn’t have asked for more, but if we did I’m sure he would have found a way to accommodate us. Will definitely be staying again
