"Such a beautiful spot. Easy beach access. Easiest check in I’ve ever had and I’ve done my share of traveling. Plenty of towels (boyfriend always wants a lot). Loved that we had a microwave and fridge. We knew the town wouldn’t be open late so grabbed some food items at Safeway back in town. Coffee spot below for convenience. Bed was comfy. We were very happy with our stay. Thank you again!"

"A decent stay with an ocean view! The room was very small, but that was fine for one night. The cabin is old and could use updates, but it’s received a cosmetic upgrade recently so it’s cute inside. The WiFi was just upgraded (Oct 2026) and worked really well. It’s a cheap stay at the beach in a good location—everything you need at that price."

"Everything was wonderful even a surprise hot tub (we’re just not hot tub folks). The only thing that was a bummer is we were trying to organize a birthday celebration at Happy Camp and the internet was not working. It was also a blessing with our teen. :) Oh, I would also add deck, campfire furniture. I wished I could enjoy the outside areas, but no furniture. It was lovely, and we would love to stay here again!"

"It's a perfect place for a couple to stay on the Oregon coast. The house is a perfect size. It's quiet. The view is nice. It has all you need. Small, but complete kitchen. Stove,refrigerator/ freezer, dishwasher, washer, and dryer. The Hot tub is a good place to relax after a walk on the beach. This was our second trip to the "Little Luxe". We'll be back."

"We enjoyed our stay. Everything was as pictured in the listing and everything was clean, linens, towels, etc. There was even some firewood for the outdoor fire pit and the hot tub was ready to go (although we didn't use either due to lack of time).Kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, plates, silverware, etc. Multiple coffee makers, Keurig and drip.The sunset and the beach were fantastic, almost private with very few other people. The cliffs and creek flowing into the tidal pools with crabs and anenomies were fun to explore at low tide.We had a few maintenance issues, but nothing that would prevent us from returning."

"Overall, the property was consistent with its listing and gave us a nice stay in a great location. The views from the top floor were spectacular of both the beach and the sunsets! We did take advantage of the location to walk the beach. As the planner for several group vacations, I received very positive feedback from our group on both the location and more importantly the facility. We look forward to renting it again when back in the area.The entire facility was very clean and the hot tub was being cleaned when we arrived. There were some of the third floor windows (the primary floor) that had smudges on them but most of them were on the outside and caused by swallows flying into them. Any interior smudges were easily cleaned off.Once I figured out how the VRBO protocol works, communication was quick and easy, via either text or email. While it took several tries to the get code to operate the elevator for one of our group of 7, answers to other questions where quick (less than 5 minutes) and responsive to our questions.We did use the entire facility (all four bedrooms, laundry, hot tub, elevator, and main floor fireplace) and all worked easily and as expected.The only recommendations we had were to considering shades on the west/beach side of the top floor to lessen heat during the summer and glare when in the kitchen."
