- CAPE NEDDICK-STUNNING Cape w/ Period details rescued from historic mansion grace this unique 4 bdrm home.Our stunning reproduction Cape near the beach is the perfect place to create family memories. Tons of space inside, with 3,000 Sq Ft of living space. Outside, take advantage of the large lawn for fun and games, plenty of parking, three decks and a private patio off the primary suite. An open kitchen and dining room makes it easy to host meals following a day exploring the coast or relaxing at the beach. The home has a large living room with fireplace and an additional smaller living area making it easy for extended families to comfortably enjoy the space. Using the stairway in the primary suite you can access the bonus room that is perfect for kids of all ages. With plenty of privacy inside and out, the home is also close to all that York has to offer. Cape Neddick beach is .7 miles, Short Sands Beach is 2 miles away and Long Sands beach 2.5 Miles- all with easy parking options.
