Cottage in Cape Neddick

Beyond charming, a clean, and sunny inviting layout with heat pine flooring throughout, 550 square feet of living space, classic cottage style windows, a very functional kitchen, and a comfortable living room. There are two bedrooms each with new queen-sized posture-pedic mattresses. A very private yard with terrific outdoor space, a large deck with patio furniture, and a gas grill.

Less than ten minutes to Ogunquit’s famous marginal way, beaches, and Perkins cove and five minutes to York’s Short Sands and Long Sands beaches. Besides the sun and surf these destinations offer great dining and drinking, shopping, theater, live music, kayaking or surfing, fishing, and amusements for the kids. Fifteen minutes to historic, beautiful Portsmouth, NH, and Boston is only 90 minutes away. The York Zoo and amusement park and the Cape Neddick Golf Course are both within a five minute drive.
