"I cannot express how much we enjoyed staying at this little slice of heaven. The cottage was so beautiful, with so many thoughtful touches. From the stunning sunsets, to beach adventures, roasting marshmallows on the fire, and family game nights, this week has been full of memories we will keep forever. We did local adventures such as the Cape split hike, found treasures at Amethyst cove, caught crabs and clams on the tides of blomidon provincial park, and ice cream at the lookout. We even made the longer trip into Shubie River to do tidal bore rafting, which was so much fun!!! And one of the best parts of these days was coming home to the view of the ocean sunset:)All in all, I would (and will) highly recommend this place to anyone! And my family and I plan on returning in the future :)"

"This was one of the best places I have stayed! Peaceful surroundings, watching the humming birds zooming around their feeder. Enjoying the space to play with my dog.I would not hesitate to recommend this cottage to anyone of my friends or family!"

"I can't say enough good things about the Evangeline. Its more than just a bed and breakfast it is a total experience. You litterly feel like you stepped back in time. The food was AMAZING. The Evangeline is where I will be staying when I return to Parrsboro. Im horrible with names but the owner of the Evangeline was very nice, helpful and definitely knows how to make people feel like home. Thank you souch for an amazing experience."

"It was a really nice little town. The accommodates were clean and the owner was easy to work with and good at communicating. The only hitch I had was with Expedia itself as they didn't provide some details. However, the owner was so easy to get details from and was a good communicator. I was surprised they basically had towels, shampoo, Toaster, microwave. All the kitchen basics and a coffee machine. I'd stay again. When I got there wish I had brought my spouse along on my work trip."

"Beautiful location and steps away from the ocean. Property is situated on very low tide beach, that is very messy. There are supposed to be two outdoor faucets for you to wash your feet before going into room. Both were not on/working, which made it very hard to keep sand out of room. Scheduled power outage both nights we were there, which made it especially uncomfortably hot with summer heat (not the motel's fault, but nothing done to try to make in least bit better). Would possibly stay there again."
