I had a very bad experience with a staff at the bar who was very rude. The staff at the front desk were very pleasant and very helpful. If not for them I would’ve rated staff and serve as horrible! The rooms are very comfortable and neat. I love the rooms. They are luxurious indeed. I noticed my sheets were not changed in a week! I thought this was really bad!! There’s some construction work going on opposite the hotel and this is beyond their control I guess but it makes the front of the hotel dirty and too noisy.

Nice hotel - but bad pool

I really liked the hotel. Central location near Long Street og Bo-Kaap. Very friendly staff. Nice room… Only complaint is the pool. In many pictures you see a hotel pool, you have no access to. It is a private pool for the penthouse suiite. The hotel pool is very basic nd freezing on a much lower level.
