Step into the sweet serenity of Portico 405. This seaside apartment is situated in Table View in the beautiful city of Cape Town. With views for days and convenience at your doorstep, you are guaranteed a memorable self-catering stay. This property is located opposite a stunning stretch of beach known as Kitebeach where you will find all the kite surfers flocking on windy days; it is also directly above the popular Jerry's Burger Bar restaurant, Bootlegger Cafe; as well as a surf shop which offers surfing, kiteboarding or SUP lessons. You will find several shopping malls a short driving distance away and if you want to venture out further, the city centre is approximately 20 minutes away where you can explore for days and see some of Cape Towns main attractions.
This 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom apartment exudes relaxation with neutral tones throughout and beachy decor to complete the modern finishes. Take advantage of the gorgeous fully equipped kitchen which includes a dishwasher and washing machine for your convenience where you can cook up your favourite dishes and enjoy them at the intimate dining table. The cozy lounge with a flat-screen TV and free wifi is the ideal relaxation area, kick up your feet and enjoy a movie marathon or binge-watch some series. Leading out from the lounge is a stunning undercover balcony area with outdoor furniture and a weber braai where you can sit for hours taking in the breathtaking views of the ocean and iconic Table Mountain, making this the perfect spot for relaxation. The apartment is also fitted with an inverter to ensure uninterrupted electricity.
The main bedroom offers its guests a comfortable queen-sized bed and has a sliding door providing access to the balcony which allows for an abundance of natural light and fresh air into the room. The second bedroom offers two single beds with a bedside table and light between the two. The bedrooms make use of two shared bathrooms, one with a shower, toilet and basin and the other with a bath, toilet and basin. All linen and towels are included in your stay.

All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted. For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge. A standard key and breakage deposit is payable before check-in. This amount depends on the standard of the establishment and may be changed at the owner’s/management’s discretion. Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested. A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
