    A beautiful ground apartment situated in Big Bay Beach Club. The well-maintained complex has 24/7 security and beach access across the road, famous for Kite Surfing.

    The apartment has an open plan kitchen and lounge plus bedroom which are spacious and have built-in cupboards. The living area opens to a garden area.
    Includes many resort amenities which are available in the clubhouse.

    This beautiful apartment is situated close to the beach within the Big Bay area. There are many amenities in the gated complex which are available to all guests.
    Situated approximately 300m from Seaside Village mall which has supermarkets, an abundance of restaurants and cafes.

    Drive to Big Bay Beach club and ask security for unit 46 Valencia. When you get to the door of Valencia 46, there is a lockbox attached to the wall. Key in code xxxx and you will be able to open for the key to the apartment and a remote for future access at security.

    Big Bay is at the coast of the Atlantic Seaboard, with amazing views of Table Mountain and the ocean. You get to enjoy peace and quiet and the sound of the ocean.

    You have a dedicated parking spot number 46. MyCiTi bus stop is right outside the complex.

    We have a smart TV for your use with access to Netflix, Showmax, DSTV now,. YouTube and many others. The apartment also has a backyard and outdoor table where you can enjoy your breakfast or even drink sundowners in the evening. We are opposite the put put course and very close to the clubhouse with a swimming pool, squash courts and tennis courts.
