Hotel is located in the center with 6-7 mins drive by taxi to the Waterfront. Quite a concern was a "camping site" on the opposite side of the road. Taxi can park on both sides of he entrance corner. Restaurant is ok, not ideal but ok. And actually hotel is quite crowded.

Convenient, clean hotel with amazing views over Cape Town. A sundowner at the rooftop bar and a sunrise swim in the pool are an absolute must! Highly recommend.

I loved everything about this property! The room was very modern and comfortable. The food & view at the rooftop and was amazing. The hospitality was 5 stars! I came from the US, stayed for 10 days and will be back!

Great hotel in a great location
Great hotel in a great location. The hotel is quite modern after recently being refurbished. The room was very spacious, the bed comfy and lovely shower. The hotel is a 20-minute walk to the V&A so easy to walk to. I was on the 8th floor which was nice and quiet. All the staff were very polite and helpful. Some negatives, breakfast can be quite busy and so sometimes you had to wait a while for coffee, which is taken to order. In the rooftop bar, the pool is very small, there are only a couple of sunbeds to use so unfortunately we were not able to use the pool. Service from the bar was very slow when asking for the bill and paying. I would recommend this hotel and would stay there again

Modern property, convenient location, clean, just biggest let down is the majority of the staff. Shingy and Sophy and one other gentlemen at breakfast were great friendly and helpful. However the rest of the staff were not very pleasant. When we were leaving we asked for help booking a taxi - I gave specific instructions which were disregarded so the wrong taxi was ordered we then had to wait for another one which took longer and cost us more and delayed us getting to the airport. In addition everyone refused to help us with our bags so i held on to my kids while the driver and my husband had to sort the bags. Such a nice hotel but the staff really dampen the experience except for a few.

Nice but some issues
Overall our stay was fine. However given we were staying for one night we were disturbed by staff ringing or knocking on 5 times overall. Worst was at 7.50am stating we would be checking out that day and still needed to pay. Yes, I have stayed in hotels before I don’t really appreciate being woken up because your staff didn’t take payment on arrival. Then we had a follow up. Then housekeeping knocking on despite a do not disturb sign on and again later. Felt basically pushed out of the hotel on the day we were due to be travelling home later that evening. Just felt like a bit of a shame that could have been avoided.

This hotel was an absolute surprise! Staff extremely accommodating, amazing roof top bar and great energy and vibes! Hidden gem recently remodeled super clean and chic! Convenient to lots of shopping. And the view of table mountain from roof top bathroom is to die for!!! Spectacular! Wow wish we had more time there! Really is a 5 star hotel now.

A very nice property with a fabulous brunch included! I do think it was ridiculous that they would not deliver laundry to my son'-in-law's room until he came downstairs to pay for it. His luggage didn't make it to Cape Town so he had sent his traveling clothes to be laundereded. So.....having taken a shower, he came down to pay wrapped in a in a towel. Actually I think some of the women probably appreciated that! Re-think that policy please.

Great location as in centre of the city, Amenities nice with a gym and swimming pool on the upper floors of the hotel. Variety of breakfast excellent, staff courteous and supportive- only knocked one point off due to a stained window which was not cleaned throughout my stay and (amusing to me) the rationing of iron boards!

Perfect hotel in VF&A area centrally located in between the wharf and other areas. Nearby to loads of restaurants, bars, shops and markets. The hotel is very nice and includes breakfast (eggs cooked to order, meats, cheeses, yogurt, breads, coffee, etc). Also dined at the restaurant for dinner and enjoyed our meal. Internet is good and includes unlimited use. FNB ATM is 1 min away that has 24 hr security. Suggest using Uber for transportation to/from the airport. The transportation areanged by the hotel is cash only and 2x Uber rates. The staff are attentive and nice. We will stay here again on our next visit to Cape Town.

Centrally located, great breakfast. Lovely rooftop bar. when we booked there in the listing for hotels.com it shows an airport shuttle. It doesn't have one.

It’s what you’d expect from a 3-star hotel. I stayed at the hotel with my husband and booked a standard room with a queen bed. The bed was too small to sleep comfortably, and also they only gave us amenities (towels, water) for 1 person only. We had to switch to a twin bed room to have a little more space and enough amenities for two people. The service was mostly bad. You call room service and asked if they have something, they said they’ll call you back but never did. The staff didn’t seem to know the area well either, there was a big city-wide parade near the hotel (Cape town’s traditional of “second new year”) and we had some questions about the parade times, the staff member did not even know it was happening. The gym was good and breakfast was good as well. Overall, it’s a 3 star hotel with below average service.

Modern hotel with all amenities
Hotel was lovely and modern. Breakfast was excellent and the roof top bar was fantastic. The only fault to mention was the toilet door which doubles as a cupboard, which slides shut and doesn't offer much privacy when sharing.
