Not appealing as photos.

Although proper arrangements were made before we reached no one was there to meet us with the keys. After arriving, many attempts to contact the agent proved to be fruitless. After waiting for about 45 mins he finally showed up, then we had to wait another 20 mins while the agent clarifyed some paperwork. This should have been done prior to our arrival. Finally after about 65mins we were allowed to enter the premises. On entry the place was dark and warm. Not appealing to say the least. The property does not look as appealing as the photos on Hotels.com. There is no AC. Somthing I should have realized before booking. The agent was very unprofessional, so I cannot recomend this property to anyone.
