Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Host does not work with VRBO. She has stated that on writing. You collected funds and there were never transfer for our stay, so there were no accommodation available. We opted to stay in an apartment, not a hotel. Customers Service let us to root at Cape Town making us pay 3 times the amount book as this is hi season here. Customer Service has not solve our situation.
