    will find this beautiful two-bedroom apartment, which will comfortably
    accommodate up to four guests.

    Upon entering the property, you will be greeted with a spacious,
    open-plan layout. The kitchen is fitted with a sleek, modern design and
    fully equipped with all you will need for a self-catering stay. This
    includes a coffee machine, dishwasher, and washing machine for extra
    convenience. Next to the kitchen, you will find the dining area fitted
    with an elegant wooden dining table with seating for four.

    The lounge features a plush, comfortable L-shaped couch, a modern
    coffee table, and a mounted flatscreen television. Internet access is
    available throughout the property. Guests will enjoy the large windows
    that allow the sun to spill into and bathe the lounge in warm, natural
    light.

    The apartment features two bedrooms. The main bedroom is a loft-style
    room located upstairs, furnished with a queen-sized bed and a
    nightstand on each side. The room also features a wardrobe with ample
    storage space and an en-suite bathroom. The bathroom contains a shower,
    bathtub, washbasin, and a toilet. The second bedroom is downstairs it
    is furnished with two single beds and a shared nightstand. This room
    also features an en-suite bathroom with a shower, washbasin, and
    toilet.

    socialising, this space contains a braai, ample seating, and a patio
    table with four chairs.

Please note that failure to submit these details timeously may result in delayed or denied check-in.

    All our properties are strictly non-smoking, and tenants accept full liability for all minors and visitors. Pets, parties, and events are not permitted.

    For stays of 8 nights or more, a complimentary mid-stay clean, including fresh linen, will be provided. Additional cleaning services can be arranged upon request with a minimum of 24 hours' notice and will incur an extra charge.

    A refundable key and breakage deposit is payable prior to check-in, with the amount determined by the quality of the establishment and applied at the discretion of the owner or management.
    Please be advised that, to promote a sustainable and comfortable experience for all our guests, electricity usage is governed by a fair use policy that permits a reasonable amount of daily consumption. In the rare event of unusually high usage, a reimbursement may be requested.
    A late check-in fee of R250 applies for arrivals between 21:00 and 00:00, payable in cash directly to the property host upon arrival. For arrivals after 00:00, a fee of R350 will apply.
