The Terraces 330 are ultra-modern apartments in the centre of Century
City with endless greenery, exquisite common amenities, and proximity
to everything you need.
Modern open-concept flats in a nicely maintained building with amazing
views. The self-catering apartment has a fully equipped with a fridge,
microwave, oven, stove, toaster, kettle, and a smart television. This
property provides internet access and has one bedroom and a bathroom. A
communal pool and safe parking are all provided.
To top it all off, you will be close to both the best shopping Canal
Walk and places to visit around Century City which include Atlantic
Beach Estate, Big Bay, Bloubergrant, Bloubergstrand, Bothasig,
Edgemead, Melkbosstrand, Milnerton, Parklands, Sunset Beach, Table
View, West Beach, and Woodbridge Island are some of the communities in
the area. This is undeniably worth the hype as a home away from home.
