They have lots of little touches that make your stay more personal, like jute bags and eye masks in your room, ice creams round the pool area etc. The service is excellent and the staff are lovely and really make your experience here unforgettable. Staff was very nice (the night agent could have been more friendly), restaurant staff was great as was the registration desk agent who greeted us.
