"Very modern posh hotel, tastefully kitted out with staff in beige and white uniforms: all as you'd expect in these sorts of hotels. Very close to the main road (thus very easy to drive to). I had a room overlooking the pool so no noise problem for me. Room was nice and large, had a fridge to chill your beer, good AC and bed. Shower was great, lots of towels, smellies etc etc. Well equipped. Wi fi was a bit problematic at times. Gym is decent (weight machine, decent free weights, own AC unit for the room and sweat towels. A few cardio machines). Inside pool is ok to soak in but it is dark and mostly occupied by kids and parents. If you want to swim lengths the outdoor pool (unheated) is decent. Helpful and professional staff. Hotel is a short drive to main town and local bars and restaurants there. I had breakfast at the hotel which was good, big, quality style buffet type with an egg station but I can't comment on evening meals or drinks. Lots of room in the car park. All the main sites in the area are short drive away (I had a car). I tried the hamman, which had very good quality furnishings and professional staff: all in all very good. Not cheap but you do get what you pay for. Hamman staff are Indonesian/Thai- not seen any Turkish people actually operate in these places, Albeit in my limited experience."

"The communication and friendliness of the staff was impeccable. Helped organize our airport transfer and had lots of activity recommendations. Only a 7 minute taxi ride from Göreme Air Museum and 10 mins from main strip of Goreme but an extremely reasonable price for a HUGE room. Breakfast was delicious and picturesque. They even gave us a little thank you gift on the way out. Would definitely stay here again!"
Carus Cappadocia

"We spent a few nights at Carus Cappadocia in Suite #3 and really enjoyed our stay. We were warmly welcomed at check-in, and the spacious suite was lovely, with crisp linens, coffee and tea, bottled water and a beautiful private patio. The patio was a highlight, although being at the back of the hotel meant some alley noise, occasional strong cooking smells from neighbouring restaurants and not the best of views with some clutter in the neighbouring property but all good. The suite also had a separate room that would be perfect for a third guest. We booked an additional night and moved to a smaller room near the rooftop terrace. It was perfect for one night and had all the key essentials. Unfortunately, the hotel restaurant was closed during our stay, so we missed experiencing it, although breakfast was available and cocktails were served on the rooftop until 5 p.m. We were told a new restaurant would be opening soon! The front desk staff were always friendly and helpful, especially with restaurant recommendations. Our only real hiccup came at checkout when the front desk mixed up our airport transfer with another guest. We were given the wrong introduction to our driver and ended up in the wrong transportation, which led to a stressful and confusing drive to the airport. Thankfully, we made it! Overall, a lovely stay and a wonderful base for exploring Cappadocia. Thanks for the memories — we hope to return one day soon! ❤️"

"We booked two Honeymoon Suites at the Hera Cave Hotel to celebrate my husband and my 30th anniversary, as well as my daughter and son-in-law’s recent marriage. From the moment we arrived, we knew we were in for something special, and we had an absolutely magical time! The rooms were beautiful, exceptionally clean, and truly unique. Staying in a cave hotel was such a memorable experience, and it was unlike any hotel we have ever stayed in. Our stay included a traditional Turkish breakfast, which was delicious and offered an amazing variety. There were made-to-order omelets, fresh fruits and vegetables, bakery items, juices, and plenty of delicious sweet treats. Everything was fresh and beautifully presented. This was the perfect place to celebrate such special milestones with our family, and we couldn’t have asked for a more memorable experience. We will cherish the memories we made here for years to come!"
