We were visiting the area for my nephew’s graduation from Texas Tech, and the drive into Lubbock is easy and pretty - so nice to visit with family there but also have a few days of quiet family time in Quitaque. "Location is great... about 2 miles from State Park entrance. The grounds consist of 4 cabins with 3 RV spots in between. The grounds were clean overall. We stayed in The Blue Quail cabin. It was nicely furnished with the essentials. The 2 twin beds upstairs were sufficient for kids older than 7 because ..."
