"This place was lovely. It was very clean and updated, and had everything we needed. The fresh fruit and flowers was a lovely touch. The bed was comfortable. There was an assigned parking space close to the building that was very convenient. The view was also amazing. I would absolutely stay again if in Kenai! "

"I called this hotel directly and asked if the pool and hot tub were open and working (because they are notorious for being broken) and I was told yes. Only to show up and they are in fact NOT open and have not been for a month. I was told I must have been on the call with an AI bot. I asked for a manager to call me in the morning. No call ever. I would never have stayed in this hotel and paid the amount of money I paid, if I had not been lied to. I could have saved money staying with a friend or at another lodging facility but I paid the money under the guise that there would be a functional hot tub and pool. I will never stay at this hotel again, even if they do get the pool and hot tub fixed… which I doubt will ever happen. "

"The hotel room had a large stain in the middle of it and the shower head was old and corroded. I was traveling by myself and didn’t feel comfortable at night because the room only had one lock on the front door which is opened by a metal key. "
