Generally, all that's required is a driver's license and a credit card in the same name when picking up the keys to your vehicle. Proof of coverage may also be needed if you choose to opt out of the company's insurance plan. Rules may differ between rental companies, so it's a good idea to check the terms and conditions.

Where can I find a Negombo car rental if I am younger than 25?
Whether you can rent a vehicle if you are under 25 years old in Negombo often depends on the rental provider you select.
