"Everything is as advertised. The room is not huge, but we'll designed with everything on needs...good bathroom with enough towels, good racks for drying them, a shower that is simple to use, and does not drench you when it's turned on, and space for toiletries. There are also better toiletries provided than I expected. A cake of soap! The bed is comfortable and the air con simple to use, quiet and works well. Good curtains. The hangers can be removed from the wardrobe and there are full length mirrors...two of my issues with other accommodation is awful hangers stuck on the rail and no full length mirrors. There is nice social space with coffee and tea facilities ( also in your room with microwave, hotplates, fridge). Close to coffee and eating places. This was ideal for our stay, and Quest is becoming a brand that we look for in accommodation."

"Nice clean area, it was great to watch kangaroos from my balcony in the mornings. Small adjustment please clearly outline process of collection keys from Novotel/ next door when guests are checking-in after business hours ."
