La cocina esta full equipada, balcón a lo largo del apto con jardinera, AA en toda las areas, wifi 30G, lavadora y secadora.
El PH comparte hall de entrada con la terraza del dueño. Tiene doble entrada una con rejas multilock y otra entrada con puerta de madera con dos cerraduras.
El ph es totalmente privado y seguro.
