 Apartment furnished and equipped with great taste! High floor (eighth floor). Extremely quiet condo for leisure and holidays with family and friends. Located on the beach Martin de Sá one of the most beautiful beaches of Caraguatatuba, located in prime neighborhood and near Prainha, a very quiet beach for family with children and friends.

Apartment with two bedrooms being the first, a suite, containing: Balcony, TV, double box bed, cabinets, mirror, ceiling fan and bathroom with shower, closet and mirror. Very airy for being on the high floor.
The second bedroom contains: Balcony in the room four single beds, cabinets, and ceiling fan.

Dining and living room with Sky Cable TV, USB and HDMI input. DVD with USB input. ceiling fans, sofas two and three seats, dining table, balcony in the room with table and chairs.
All balconies in the apartment have a safety net !!!
