Pontos positivos: A sala é ampla, os utensílios da cozinha não são novos mas tem bastante, Microondas, condomínio bem tranquilo, a rua é asfaltada (as imagens do google maps são antigas), comunicação com o proprietário rápida, supermercado e outros lugares a 5 minutos de carro, aceitaram o nosso cachorro de porte médio, tem uma praia bem próximo que é ótima para caminhar, para nadar não achamos boa, a areia é bem escura e afunda muito, a praia boa para nadar fica a 4 minutos de carro (aruan), wifi funcionou. Pontos negativos: Os quartos não possuem guarda roupa, mesmo que fosse algo simples como por exemplo prateleiras de madeira já iria ajudar bastante, precisou ficar tudo no chão. No primeiro dia a TV da sala começou a desligar sozinha a noite, no dia seguinte voltou a funcionar. Uma das beliches estava com a escada quebrada, tinha uma rede pendurada na beliche mas estava com um odor muito forte. O que realmente não gostamos é que após a virada do ano chegamos da praia e todos queriam tomar banho, mas a água da caixa havia acabado, o único lugar que havia água era no chuveirão que fica fora da casa, aparentemente a água dele é da rua, então ficamos sem entender porque só tinha água nele, não sei se o registro da agua da rua estava desligado.

Foi bem mais podia ter sido melhor

A casa estava suja com muita poera. Tivemos que limpar quando chegamos. A Internet não funcionava e a televisão da sala também não. Fomos recebido bem e a comunicação foi boa, a casa é bem perto da praia e é aconchegante.
